Hi guys! I’m absolutely loving all of your comments from the Chobani giveway! Adding chia seeds, frozen blueberries, toasted almonds, chocolate graham crackers to your CHO and even using some in your beef stroganoff recipe – y’all sure are creative.
If you missed yesterday’s post, I’m Chobani’s Featured Blogger this week and am also giving away an entire case of to one of you lucky readers! I’m drawing the winner tomorrow at 11AM EST so there’s still plenty of time to enter!
Most of you guessed the mystery CHO recipe correctly! I guess you know me too well. I use Chobani to make this super soothing honey and cucumber face mask.

Honey & Cucumber Chobani Face Mask
3 Tablespoons Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt (0% or 2%)
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon pureed cucumber (about 3 slices)
Peel and puree cucumber slices. (An immersion blender works great.) Combine Chobani, honey and cucumber in a small bowl and mix well. Rub a generous amount of the yogurt mask onto your face and neck and allow the mask to dry completely (about 10 minutes). To remove, rinse skin with a warm water and gently buff with a soft cloth. Follow treatment with your moisturizer of choice.
This recipe makes 2-3 applications and can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
Yogurt is so good for your body, inside and out!
For breakfast this morning, I actually tried one of the new CHO flavors: Passion Fruit

It’s super tart and creamy, which is why I love the lemon flavor so much. I have yet to meet a flavor I don’t like!
Before breakfast, I met Anne and Lauren for our Thursday morning ritual bright and early today… Have you noticed that the sun is getting up earlier these days? Meeting friends for a early workout is a great way to get your butt out of bed in the morning but it’s always better if there’s a little sunshine involved.

We kept up a pretty good pace, once we got over the mile-long hill.

The girls and I are actually heading to Athens, Georgia tomorrow morning to spend the weekend visiting our friend Kort. This means that Anne and I will be running our 9 mile training run in new territory! The change of scenery will be great – it’ll be nice to get out and explore Athens on foot.
Have a great afternoon!

I love Chobani 0% French Vanilla! I like to add wheat bran and flax seed powder, blackberries and/or blueberries, and crushed walnuts. By far, my favorite breakfast or dessert
