Hi friends! Hope those of you who celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday had a wonderful, feast-filled day with your loved ones! The hubs-to-be and I flew up to Boston bright and early to enjoy the day with my brother, sis-in-law and her parents. They put together quite a gourmet Thanksgiving.
I make it a point to get in some exercise before the Thanksgiving feast begin. Once we arrived at my brother’s place, I headed to the basement for a a quick turkey tabata workout, showered and was ready to dig in. Like many of you probably did too, we devoured probably way too much delicious food, sipped fancy cocktails, watched football and enjoyed some good laughs together.
The fiance and I have some big errands to run, on Black Friday nonetheless (noooooo!!!!) –ski boot and wedding band shopping– so I better get my butt out of bed. Just a reminder, today is the last day to sign up for the full Elf for Health Holiday Challenge! We have OVER 450 elves signed up so far. If you want a little extra health & wellness motivation over the holidays, we’d love for you to join us!
Have a great one!
Question of the day: What will you guys be doing with all those Thanksgiving leftovers today?
