Hey your recipe looks wonderful and im excited to make it for a special dinner tomorrow, but you left out teh temperature! could you tell me what temp you set teh oven to? thanks so much and keep up the good work!
Oops sorry! It was most likely 350F – just check them a minute or two before the time is up to be on the safe side. Have fun making them!
major props to you, this is the coolest idea i’ve seen in a long time. they look AMAZING! I am making them tomorrow because it’s midnight and I have to go to bed. thanks in advance from my husband.
good call on going to bed rather than embarking on the carrot cake cookies at midnight! they take some time to make but are SO worth it. hope you & the hubs enjoy them!
